I have ordered a few things from here and have received pieces that do vary from the item pictured which is to be expected with the materials, but the marble tray I ordered is white with red and purple veining and the box is labeled as “calacatta violet”. This goes beyond variations in color where you expect more or less of the same color that’s pictured. I have the same marble in the smaller ring dish and it is the same coloring as I’ve seen in any post about the marble used for these products. It’s very disappointing to think you will be receiving an item that is shades of brown and white and end up with red and purple instead. If this is one of the variations they are shipping out they should let people know and include photos of the differences in marble.

Unfortunately I received the wrong order and have been waiting over a week for a response from their support team. I understand that there was an issue with fulfilling orders- Lauren had mentioned it in one of her vlogs (posted on 02/11) that several people had received the wrong orders, but I have yet to get a response on whether or not I can get either the correct items or a full refund. It’s definitely unfortunate because I had placed an order last year and absolutely LOVED the tray, hence why I order another one and two small trays, but I low key feel like I’m getting ghosted by support. I’ve sent pictures of the incorrect items I received after support asked for them and I haven’t heard from them since.
